To the
wonderful team at the Vasse...
I just wanted to express my absolute and sincerest thanks for all of the
wonderful Gluten Free items you have on your menu. Finding out I had such a
serious food allergy a few years ago was a pretty soul destroying event in
my life but it so reassuring to know that whenever we're in town I can
always get a fabulous meal at the Vasse. And I must admit I have never
seen a gluten free menu so extensive! I can't tell you how lovely it is to
actually have a choice (not just a garden salad with no dressing or a steak
with no sauce). My husband and I are coming down this weekend for our
wedding anniversary and I'm really looking forward to trying some of the new
things on the menu. I think we're going to have to come for lunch and dinner
just to try everything!
